BIIC® Executive Leadership Program

In collaboration with Darden Executive Education & Lifelong Learning provided by the Darden School Foundation, the BIIC Executive Leadership Program is specifically designed for Black Professionals in the Insurance Industry. This flagship program consists of a combination of classroom style teaching, case studies, presentations as well as networking events and fireside chats with industry leaders.

2024 BIIC Executive Leadership Program:

The 2024 Executive Leadership Program was held October 28-30, at the Darden School at University of Virginia-Rosslyn Campus.

Meet the Faculty

This Program is best suited for:

  • Leaders at the middle-management level or above.

  • Leaders who influence people senior to themselves and have accountability for a defined area of business or function and have demonstrated potential to move to the next level within their organization.

  • Participants who are equipped to discuss business strategy, have a sense of organizational dynamics, and can assert themselves and their perspectives in a constructive manner.

  • “Influencers” within their organization with the ability to bring their learnings back into their companies to enable systemic organizational change.
