BIIC® Executive Leadership Program

In partnership with Darden Executive Education & Lifelong Learning provided by the Darden School Foundation, the BIIC Executive Leadership Program is designed to support and empower professionals by addressing the unique cultural, mental, and psychological challenges they encounter. With a focus on retention, career advancement, and leadership development, this flagship program blends classroom-style learning, case studies, presentations, networking opportunities, and fireside chats with industry leaders.

This program is ideal for: 

  • Leaders at the middle-management level or above. 

  • Leaders who influence both peers and senior leaders, with accountability for a defined business area or function, and demonstrate potential for advancement within their organization. 

  • Participants who can discuss business strategy, understand organizational dynamics, and can assert their perspectives in a constructive and collaborative way. 

  • Advocates, allies, and influencers within their organizations who can bring their insights back to foster systemic change and promote inclusivity within their teams and companies.
